There are only three things that motivate the Opera Sloth.
First is his undying love of opera. Though a baritone himself, Opera Sloth is in love with The Three Tenors and refuses to live if that is considered wrong. He is often found casually singing the final high B4 from Nessun Dorma without so much as a quiver in the algae covered fur on his back. Though he himself has a 36 octave vocal range, he appreciates the control and difficulty that is required to be The Queen of the Night. His regular laugh sounds like her aria.
The second motivation that gets Opera Sloth going up and down the tree is his love of making fun YouTube kid's videos about animals that are not often featured. Dung Beetles, Warthogs, Aye Ayes, and Narwhals have all received myriad attention due to Opera Sloth's efforts, and many more unique animals are within his sphere of interest. He will stop at nothing to educate and excite the love of animals in our youth. His back is broad and moss covered - he is up to the task.
The third thing Opera Sloth gets out of bed for are t-shirts. He's simply wild about 'em y'all! Day and night he ponders designs, and he is certainly open to suggestion. He is always happy to know that when a sale happens, a happy customer has just secured their golden ticket to all the social riches the world has to offer. He can imagine this new Opera Sloth acolyte, out at a social gathering, seeing another Opera Sloth devotee, calling to each other, running across the room, the embrace, the love. Opera Sloth sees it all and is the ultimate facilitator. He is the glue that binds us all.
